The first semester is set to commence from the 15th to the 26th of January 2024, allowing for a two-week registration period for both fresh and returning students. Lectures for all students, whether fresh or returning, will begin on the 22nd of January and continue until the 29th of March 2024, covering a 10-week span. Late registration is permitted from the 11th to the 22nd of March 2024, incurring a penalty of ₦5000. Examinations for the first semester are scheduled from the 1st to the 19th of April 2024, spanning three weeks. Sakariyau Luqman. The management of the Lagos state university lasu has announced the commencement of the online clearance for newly admitted students of the 2023/24 academic session. According to details provided on the university's website,  the commencement of online clearance for newly admitted students, will be facilitated through the LASU Central Admission Clearance Application (LACACA). This will take place from Friday, 5th January 2024, lasting for two weeks. To participate in the online clearance, admitted students must make the required payment through the LASU e-payment portal. Only candidates who have completed payment for the acceptance and medical fee are eligible for the online clearance.
