Entertainment: Rema Returns To School!

By Bello Oluwadamilola Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Divine Ikubor, well known by his stage name Rema, has brought it to the notice of the public that he recently gained admission into the University of Lagos to study Creative Arts. The young musician announced this in a tweet on Friday, where he gave the reason about why he's going to school. According to him, his mum wanted him to get a degree, hence his decision to return to school.  The announcement tweet read, "What if I told ya'll that I got an admission into Unilag? Lol, Mom said I still need to get a degree. Oh well, see you guys in class!" Rema who is currently signed to one of the top Record labels in Nigeria Don Jazzy's Mavin Record Label, noted that he'd try to drop his forthcoming album before he enters school so they will not beat him in UNILAG.

The highly anticipated annual Listen '21 event commenced 10:00am on the 19th of May 2021 at the Makanjuola lecture theatre, LASU ojo campus. Bunny Wailer By Kuti Hammed Bunny Wailer, a Raggae Icon whose music career had spanned for over seven decades and also a founding member of the Wailers dies at 73. Maxine Stowe, confirmed that Wailer died on Tuesday at the Medical Associates Hospital in Kingston, Jamaica. Bunny Wailer, born in Neville Livingston on 10 April 1947. before his rise to stardom, he was known as Bunny Livingston and a he was a member of the original Wailers trio with Bob Marley and Peter Tosh. He spent his earliest years in the village of Nine Mile in St. Ann Parish. It was there that he first met Bob Marley, and the two toddlers befriended each other quickly. The boys both came from single-parent families; Livingston was brought up by his father, Marley by his mother. Later, Wailer's father Thaddeus "Thaddy Shut" Livingston lived with Marley's mother Cedella Booker in Trench Town and had a daughter with her named Pearl Livingston. Fajobi Kehinde Olatunde One of Nigeria's most loved celebrity couple, Adesuwa Etomi-Wellington and Bankole Wellington, popularly known as Banky W have welcomed their first child, a bouncing baby boy after a miscarriage.
