A 200 level student of the Faculty of Law, Lagos State University (LASU) identified as Togbola Elizabeth has been reportedly killed by a yet to be identified reckless Lagos driver. According to reports gathered by ACJ-LASU, the driver who is currently on the run from the law, crushed the lady along the LASU-Ipaye Road and ran away. The body of late Togbola Elizabeth was found by the roadside on Tuesday morning.  Sources disclosed that the lady was allegedly returning from her boyfriend’s apartment after they had an argument that led to her being sent out of the latter's apartment. Allegedly, sources revealed that late Togbola Elizabeth was on her way to her hostel when she was hit by the reckless driver, who left her unattended to and led to her eventual death. According to the contents of the screenshot, with watermark, 'LASU Memes 09076960103', it was stated that the students will be tested for drug intake before sitting for the forthcoming examinations. It ended with '#LasuSaysNoToDrugs'.  The analysis of the viral Twitter screenshot shows that the information is misleading. The most likely reason for circulating the information is to generate reactions and have fun considering the fact that the watermarks indicates that it is probably a meme which is supposed to lighten or make people laugh. Hon Liadi Abdulazeez on March 2, 2022, the claimant's lead counsel, Mr Francis King has refused to accept the council's ruling. The court proceedings and hearing which took place at the Lagos State University Law Building, as observed by ACJ-LASU correspondent saw the Chief Judge of SJC give his final verdict on the case. According to ACJ-LASU's reporter, the Chief Judge,  Daniel Akinyemi said that an apology must be issued to the 28th Speaker of the Faculty of Arts, Hon Liadi Abdulazeez (Defendant) within 48 hours by the Claimant, Hon. Professor Danmole who passed on at the age of 71, days after her retirement at the Lagos State University to join the husband in Ilorin, North-central Nigeria ACJ reports that Danmole was the eldest daughter of the late Soun of Ogbomoso, Oba Jimoh Oyewumi. Her death came exactly 28 days after her father joined his ancestors. Danmole was said to have passed on at the age of 71, days after her retirement at the varsity to join her husband in Ilorin, Northcentral Nigeria.
