“She knocked on my door at 3 a.m for a selfie” – Omah Lay shares craziest experience with a female fan

The award-winning singer,Omah Lay who won the 14th Headies Next-Rated artiste award, made this revelation in a recent interview with Hip TV.





During the interview, he was asked for the weirdest DM he has received from a fan since his rise to stardom.
At first the music star couldn’t remember any, then he narrated his craziest ordeal with a female fan who knocked on his door for a selfie at 3:00 AM .





A lot of his fans found this narration hilarious, while some were eager to know more about the story and urge the singer to narrate the whole story

Faculty of Communication Breaks Record at LASU Debate Society Word War 8

By Alasepeloluwa Precious Jenti For the second time in the history of the Lagos State University Debate Society’s (LSUDS) public speaking competition, Word War, the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies has emerged victorious, making them the first faculty to win Word War twice.  Their historic triumph came during the Word War 8 grand finale tagged , "Siege", held on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025, at the Hallowed Chambers, Student Arcade, Lagos State University. LASU to Host Global Scholars at International Conference on Community Psychology 2026

By Ameenat Hamzat, Jenti Alasepeloluwa  Lagos State University (LASU) will host the 11th International Conference of Community Psychology (ICCP 2026), expecting over 700 international delegates from Africa, Europe, and the United States, alongside national participants, marking one of the largest international academic gatherings in Lagos for 2026. The Vice-Chancellor of LASU, Professor Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji-Bello, announced this development during a press conference held on Monday at the institution's Senate Building Conference Hall.
