LASU Not Taking Part in Warning Strike - LASUSU.Adesiji-AdelekanAdemilayo Eunice


The Lagos State University Students' Union (LASUSU) has reacted to the ongoing ASUU strike that was declared on Monday, 9 March, 2020.





The ASUU strike which was announced by the National President, Professor Biodun Ogunyemi at the end of the National Executive Council meeting (NEC) held today at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) has been declared null in Lagos State University by the Student Union of the the school.






In a letter signed by the LASUSU president, Comrade Ashade Abdulbasit,
LASUSU implored students to continue engaging in their daily activities as the school activities is still in progress and to keep their hands crossed as more details concerning the strike would be dropped soon.






It also made known to the students that their welfare, is LASUSU's utmost priority and they wouldn't want students to exceed the stated duration of study.
