Student Activist, Omomewa Shot Dead.

A popular student activist, Comrade Alowonle Nurudeen popularly known as Omomewa has been confirmed to be dead. 

Presently, what is obtainable is that he was shot dead in a robbery incident last night. 

Speculations spreading across board report that he was shot dead, but not in a robbery incident. Other reports have also stated that he was shot dead at the school gate. 

Ex-lasuites President, SAMGRIN also confirmed on social media that Omomewa was meant to pass the night at his place before his eventual death. 

 

Omomewa was a one-time presidential aspirant in LASUSU and became famous as the "voice of the voiceless students". 

He led the Educational Rights Campaign (ERC) in Lagos before he graduated. 

More will be uncovered to reveal the true nature of his death in the coming days.
