LASUSU: IEC Releases Substantive Results of New Executives

The Lagos State University Students Union- Independent Electoral Committee has released the substantive results of the newly elected LASUSU executives. 

The election exercise which was declared by the Chief electoral chairman of the Electoral Committee as free and fair, was conducted yesterday across the various faculties in in the three major campuses of LASU. 
According to the result which was obtained by ACJ-LASU correspondent to earlier today, confirmed Adelankun Adeoye as the Elected LASUSU President.

It was gathered that Adeoye, the 28th President of Faculty of Arts Students Association, defeated all his three opponents with a total votes of 2208. 

Meanwhile, Oresanya Zakariaya popularly known as E. Zaculus case 1863 votes to emerge as the First runner, while Aina Oluwafemi also called "Femland" made with 1686 votes and Ibraimoh Igbo Ibrahim took 1229 votes.

In the same vein, for the Vice- President position, Kelani Oladayo defeated her Ojo counterpart, Topsy, with a total votes of 3484, while the latter had 2123 votes.

Similarly, for the Vice- President in Ikeja Campus, Holo Oluwaseun, who cast 6 votes, lost to Ososanya Samuel who polled 136 votes.
